MEMORANDUM 

Aims and Objectives

(1)

Main objective to kick out (abolish) crimes and corruption from the society, maintain peace, law and order.

(2)

To reduce all kinds of crimes at the level best of this organization will be tried to stop crime and corruption from the society.

(3)

To provide the job to the persons released from jail or to get them necessary education for self - employment.

(4)

To provide the residential accommodation for their resettlement, education etc. for the released persons from jail. 

(5)

To get necessary improvement of the Juvenile and children homes and also at the best try to stop the crime that may crop up in future so that the tendency of criminal aptitude is declined.

To help the family of convicted persons as well as previous convict who are out of bar  to  make them as peace loving of the society and to live peacefully.

(7)

To make arrangement of all kinds of works for the planning of the Government in regard to minors labours to frame rules and regulation in the state.

(8)

To make inspection of jail, to provide the education, perform religious rituals, religious provide wage earning facility and also arrangement for playing arrangements and entertainment in the Jail with the help of Jail authority.

(9)

To stop the prostitution and widespread use of alcohal.

(10)

To support  the transport Department as well as Police Department and also to get the knowledge into general body of society regarding the rules of Transport with the help of advertisement or publicity.

(11)

To establish crime prevention committee at the level of division district, Tehsil, Police Station and inform to the related officer.

(12)

To stop the crimes and corruptions from the society at the level of Division, Tahsil, District police must be informed with prior intimation to the organization and make campaign in the society against the concerned department.

(13)

To make general people aware of their powers and responsibilities and to suggest and render legal aid to them free for cost.

 (14)

To safeguard the convict form revising crime, who has leveled with the charges of crime by providing published books on PMA books and also through various efforts made by the Govt. through advertisement.

(15)

To awake all classes of society with the help of exhibition, movies, meetings, speech for fulfillment of the aims and objectives of the society for which financial assistance should be provided.

(16)

To provide works for children, minors, young male and female bodies according to their ages. In the view of social service hospital should be opened for free treatment, make arrangement for family planning centre, clinic, Training centre, research centre with the help of various agencies and for convincing the people towards fulfillment of aims and objectives of society. To open educational centre, free boarding, library, historical library, study rooms, museum, agriculture works, small scale industry, pharmaceuticals, medical science, business training centre, society training centre, for the development of society from all sides.

To get trained to females, handicapped persons, minors, schedule caste, schedule tribes as well as working sections to make them as self dependants with the help of educational management centers in scientific way to hold meetings, conference and seminar, etc. for the human benefit and society welfare with a provisions to the Gandhi Development Act. By publishing and advertising the free literatures.

To establish Sub-committee related with Crime Prevention Council of India.

(19)

To make the Crime Prevention Council of India a grand agency subject to fulfillment of its aims and objects. The person male / female harassed or tortured by the society, it will be the crime duty to provide justice after enquiry made by the society itself commissioned after receiving written complaint by the sufferers and also give justice legally at free of cost.

(20)

For the fulfillment of aims and objectives the society may obtain donation and loan and also may procure movable and immovable properties from the Government / Semi  Government Department, State / Central Government as well as it's connected ministerial offices, welfare society, independent, body, capitalists, Board/Commission, Entertainment centre, Foreign Department, Educational Department and banks etc. that likes to invest the in it.

To make plan and programme for the wellbeing of society with the help of Welfare Society, Capart, Human Development Resources, Environment, Health, Labour, Education and Ministerial Department and also organized the programme as per direction.

To Co-ordinate all programmes of Govt. among the beneficiaries with the help of society for further and better development of the same, to get the honours by the society, distribute the loan or donation so received and its other works will be assigned to the Charitable Society that comes under the Rules 21 of 1860.

The society also executes programmes for solution of village water problems as well as keeping a village neat and clean from the bad environment.

The persons/groups who have full confidence on this society may act and participate with us in the arrangement of Kavi Sammelen, Mushairs, etc.

(25)

To obtain the donation form the International level i.e. WHO, UNICEF, Wed for Diward Sek etc. and other National, International Society to open free eye hospitals camps for family planning through Cultural programme and make knowledgeable the females about the importance of the program and to convince to dedicate theirs valuable time to the said programme.

Who paid Rs. 11,000/-  as donation to the society or the equal amount's movable and immovable property that will be recognised Donor Member.

Life Time Member

:

Who will pay Rs. 5,100/- as donation to the society or it's equal amounts movable and immovable property will be recognised Life Time Member.

 

(c)

Specific  Member

:

Who will pay Rs. 2,100/- per annum for the porgress of Society who will be recognised as Chief Member.

 

(d)

General Member

:

Who will pay Rs. 1100/- to the Society's Development per annum will be recognised General Member.

(Note : The general Membership shall be accepted  after filling up the Society's proforma of Membership alongwith depositing the required fee of the Society officer.)

:

General meeting will be held once in a year and Special Meeting will be called for at any time when the President / Chairman deemed to be necessary.

Information of Meeting

:

The information of General Meeting will be given before 15 days and Special Meeting's   information will be made before 48 hours to the members.

:

2/3 members present in the meeting will be regarded as Quorum.

Management Committee Organization:

The Management Committee select fifteen (15) members of Society, out of them, one Chief Guardian, one Guardian, one President/Chairman, One Vice President, One Secretary/ Manager, One Asstt. Secretary, One Cashier, One Media-Secretary, One Income and Expenditure Inspector and Six (06) members be selected in the Management Committee.

 

(B)

Meetings   :

 

 

General Meetings will be held two times in a year and Special Meeting at anytime called by the President as per it's necessity.

Notice / Information :

 

 

Notice for general meeting should be given before seven days and special meeting notice should be given before 24 hours of holding the meeting.

 

(D)

Criteria :

 

 

Attendence of 2/3 members is essential to consider as Quorum

 

(E)

Filled up the vacant place / post :

 

 

In case of any post is vacant due to emergency, the same shall be filled up the President for the time being and present session.

 

(F)

Power and duties of Management Committee :

 

(1)

To prepare annual programme of the works.

 

(2)

To prepare annual budget, and submit the same for its approval in the meeting of management committee and sub - committee.

 

(3)

To look after the societies management arrangement and to take necessary decision, revision of previous decision which has been already taken.

(11)

Period of Working :

 

 

Works of Management Committee shall be "upto 5 years", in case of special circumstances committee request on of management that may be extended only for one year.

(12)

Powers and functions of Management Committee's Staffs President/ Chairman :

 

 

Selected by General Meeting he deemed to be posted as President by the Committee, Sub-Committee, he recommend  all kinds of meetings / it's cancellation / postpone/ suspension of meeting. In case of equal votes, he may used his power to take the own decision, to receive all kinds of donation, Chanda, loan etc. and signed on it's receipts, certify the Income and Expenditure including movable and immovable properties of the society along with the documents, and agreement etc. on behalf of society in his own signature, represent himself before the Government / Semi Government's Programms as representative of the Society, or to appoint and send the persons authorised by him and also recommend the membership of new members of  society.

 

Working Chairman :

 

 

To look all the works of society in absence of President and also help the President in his society's works.

 

Secretary :

 

 

Being Chief Officer of the Society, to keep all kinds of records / registers in his discrecy, to maintain all records of Income and Expenditure, to follow all the Rules of Management and it's regulation to look after and invest the property of society to appoint workers, members, promote/demotes or retire with the direction of President, to take the decision in the disputes matter, to receive the donation, chanda etc. on behalf of the Society.

Joint Secretary :

 

 

In absence of Secretary, all the complete pending works of society on behalf of Secretary and also help the Secretary  in his works per direction of Secretary.

 

Cashier :

 

 

 

To prepare income and expenditures records / registers / ledgers etc., and to receive the membership fee from the members and issue receipt to pay the amount of bills, granted by President / the Secretary upto Rs.500/- and all the received amounts credited into the account either in Bank or Post offices.

 

Media secretary :

 

 

To published all the program of the Society through News Papers, Electronics Media and Sources.

 

Records of Income and Expenditures :

 

 

All the records of the society will produced in the Annual Meeting after thorough Check up.

Sources of Income of Society :

 

 

For the fulfillment of the aim and objects of the society to receive the donation, Chanda, Loan etc. from the State / Central Government and other Department / Development Officers, Nigam, Education Department, Adult Education Department, Environment, Social Welfare Department, Human Resources Development, Secretariat,  Labour/Health Department, Capart, Unisef or other International and other reliable sources.

Cash of Society :

 

 

A current  Account / Saving Bank Account must be open in the name of the Society in any Nationalised bank or Post Office and operated the same by the President and Secretary with their joint signatures.

Inspection of the Financial Year's Records :

 

 

Society's Financial year start from 1st April and the same ended on 31st March, and the records of Income and expenditures shall be audited by the Auditor appointed by the Society and it's report produce at the time of annual conference.

Courts Action :

 

 

 

All the courts matter will be taken by the President / Secretary being the pairokar of the Society and the jurisdiction of the same will be at Allahabad jurisdiction.

Responsibility of Society :

 

 

All the amounts of loan received by the financial Resources, Khadigram Udyog Board, Commission etc. all the responsibilities of it's incurred upon the society and it's management Committee, in case of taken loan the movable and immovable properties either belongs to the Society or belongs to the members of society should be surrendered before the loan distributing authorities, till the first payment  of the loaned amount and it's repayment all the members of the society also  responsible and bind till the full and final settlement of the loan.

             

(19)

Dissolvation of Society :

 

 

Either dissolvation of society or disposal of it's properties will be made according to the society Registration Act (13) and (14).

(20)

Miscellaneous :

 

 

(1)

The power for certification of all the documents pertaining to the Society will be "the President or Secretary."

 

(2)

In case of irreparable or intentionally losses incurred the society by the members of society, in that case President / Secretary have full rights and power to terminate him / them at once with immediate affects.
